• Reminders: Automated reminders will be set up to ensure you are prepared in advance.

• Access to Documents: Before each meeting, access all relevant documents, including agendas, reports, and background materials, stored in our Google Drive.

• Pre-Meeting Briefs: Receive briefs that summarize key discussion points to help you prepare for effective participation.

Archival Access
