Duties and Responsibilities

Winning Payouts

• Manage and distribute winning payouts to customers.

• Verify winning cards and ensure accurate payout amounts.

Handling Change

• Provide change to sellers and customers as needed.

• Maintain adequate change levels throughout the shift.

Deposits

• Collect and secure cash deposits from sellers.

• Ensure accurate recording and storage of deposits at the end of the shift.

Cash Management

• Monitor cash flow and manage cash drawer balances.

• Prepare end-of-shift cash reports and balance sheets.

Customer Service

• Offer friendly and professional service to all customers.

• Address any questions or concerns regarding payouts and change.

Collaboration

• Work closely with card sellers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Support team members in maintaining a well-organized and efficient cash-handling process.

Qualifications

• Strong math and cash-handling skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing cash transactions.

• Ability to engage positively with customers.

• Reliable and punctual attendance.

• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Training Provided

• Initial training on cash handling, payouts, and deposit procedures.

• Ongoing support from the volunteer coordinator and team members.
