Duties and Responsibilities

Slot Machine Area

• Walk around the slot machine areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.

• Wipe down slot machines and push-in chairs to maintain a tidy environment.

Bingo Side

• Collect used bingo papers and trash.

• Push in chairs and keep the bingo area tidy.

Customer Service

• Offer friendly and helpful customer service to all visitors.

• Address any questions or concerns and assist customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and order.

• Ability to engage positively with customers.

• Reliable and punctual attendance.

• Tidy appearance.

• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Training Provided

• Complete a mandatory training video before beginning work.

• License requirement for volunteers (provided free of charge).

Uniform and Appearance

• Name tag and polo shirt provided.

• Must be neat in appearance.

Collaboration

• Work effectively with other volunteers and staff members.

• Support team members in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
