Duties and Responsibilities

Selling Cards

• Engage with customers to promote and sell cards.

• Provide information about the products and assist customers with their selections.

Handling Cash

• Accurately process cash transactions.

• Make change as needed and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.

Table Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize tables at the end of each shift.

• Ensure the Red Barn area is tidy and presentable for the next use.

Customer Service

• Offer friendly and helpful customer service to all visitors.

• Answer any questions and assist with any issues that may arise.

Collaboration

• Work effectively with other volunteers and staff members.

• Support team members in maintaining a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for handling cash.

• Ability to engage positively with customers.

• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and order.

• Reliable and punctual attendance.

• Team-oriented attitude.

Training Provided

• Initial training on sales, cash handling, and cleaning procedures.

• Ongoing support from the volunteer coordinator and team members.
